    ). A&G Office Furniture must be notified of this problem within 48hours from the delivery of the merchandise. All products must be returned within 7 business days.
    Return Merchandise Authorization is required for defective product returns.

    All defective items must be returned to us. All returns are customers responsibility please insure your return and make sure you have a tracking #.
    Refunds are only provided if a product is defective, and a replacement is not available.
    There is a 25% re-stocking fee for all non-defective returns.
